Corrections
UR NOT MAD ENOUGH corrects substantive factual errors promptly, clearly and in the place readers are most likely to encounter them.
A correction note states what was wrong, supplies the accurate information and records the date of the change. We do not disguise corrections as routine edits. Typographical fixes that do not alter meaning may be made without a note. New reporting and later developments are labelled as updates rather than corrections.
This site currently contains fictional demonstration investigations. Their correction and update notes show how the system will work when reporting begins.
Request a correction
Contact details will be added before the publication begins accepting submissions. A useful request identifies the article, the disputed statement and the strongest available evidence supporting the correction.
